I am renting out an approximately 16 square meter room. Bright, friendly and quiet, with box-spring bed and roller blind In my charming old building apartment. First floor, parking available The apartment has a small balcony Since the apartment only has one bathroom, we would have to share it. Just a few steps away is the city park, where a cool café invites you to linger until 10:00 pm There are also some sun loungers in the park for relaxing Shopping center & pubs nearby The space Old town, castle, city center, train station, is easily accessible by U-Bahn (about 800 meters away) about 3 stations. But there is also a direct bus to the main market Everything is also within walking distance in about a 25-minute walk Bakery, pharmacy, drinks right in the neighborhood Guest access The room is without breakfast. Kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher can be used Cooking is not allowed!! Parking available... During your stay Handy ...Email...oder Air BnB Other things to note Since I am a non-smoker, smoking is prohibited in the entire apartment. For this purpose, the balcony can be used. A French French bulldog lives with me in my apartment :-) The apartment is on the first floor and has parking very close by!
