The private room and shared bathroom are completely renovated. The bathroom is only shared when the owners of the home are on site, otherwise its private. It offers a private side entrance with lockable gate and room door as well as the bathroom. Braai area is available with no indoor fireplace, this is a self catering unit. The space Listing sleeps a max of 2 guest and no more guests will be allowed and no tents or shelters are allowed for additional guest accommodation. Guest access Single room, bathroom and braai area. Other things to note No parties are allowed as this is in a private estate, the estate is also noise sensitive so loud noise will not be tolerated. Please bring your own toiletries and amenities, pillows and a duvet will be supplied. Bedding is available to be rented. Water and Electricity usage is noted at the end of stay according to your usage. 60 liters max water per person per day, charges will apply for over usage according to these regulations.
