Great family home on the beach.

A large family house on the seafront. Great for family reunions especially 3 generation get-togethers. Can accommodate all ages with inside and outside dining. Short drive to Eastbourne and Sovereign harbour with many shops, pubs and restaurants. Minimum 2 nights stay from Fridays are our ideal - (please message if other days are wanted and we will do our best) Prices will vary for school holidays and seasons. Small dogs may be acceptable with a small charge - please message. The space We ideally want our bookings to be weekends and running from Fridays with a two night minimum stay. Please message if other start days are needed. (Flexibility over the Christmas and New year period with a minimum of 3 nights ) Silverbeach is a big house right on the beach. Perfect for large friends and family gatherings. It has a fully equipped kitchen and covered outside dining area, with gas bbq, ideal for summer evenings. Lovely local walks on the beach and country side direct from the house. Please message if you have small dogs being mindful of past wear and tear on the house and garden. Guest access All of the house are for guests use- all areas offering space and facilities for all the family. Own front garden area -plenty of parking space on the private road in front of the house as well as the nearby side streets. Large rear garden as well. We just ask if all spaces are left as found. We only allow the house to be used by the guests booked and not for events or parties. Other things to note We provide a bath towel on each bed but don't forget to bring your own beach towels! (please leave clean towels in cupboards for next guests.) We have to take re-cycling very seriously with our local council so please help us with this issue. We have a re-cycling bin as well as a separate bin for bottles etc outside the kitchen back door. This effort is much appreciated. We are mindful of historic wear and tear on the house and garden with large dogs- please message with individual requests. On two minor notes we have another wc. just outside the kitchen back door that sometimes guests don't find. Also a very useful kitchen utensil drawer just under the hob . We ask for no more than the 15 maximum guests booked. WiFi details in lounge on trolley back of router.
