We have a light and comfortable studio apartment with great views and amazing countryside walks just waiting for your arrival! Adjacent to the South Downs National park, with a pub/restaurant close by and easy access to Lewes and Brighton. Bear in mind we aren't served by good public transport. The 'Garden Studio' is good for couples, walkers, riders and cyclists. Set in glorious countryside with virtually no light pollution, come and enjoy the buzzards by day and the stars by night. The space Tucked away down a narrow country lane, on the edge of the South Downs national park, the Garden Studio at Bowling Green is the ideal base from which to explore the South Downs National Park, long distance trail - the South Downs Way and the surrounding areas. If you wish to bring your horse on holiday and take advantage of the many and varied bridleways surrounding the property, please put that in your initial message. A generous sized studio with double bed, single bed, shower room, lounge area with TV, writing desk (free wifi) and small kitchenette with microwave/grill, single hob, toaster, kettle and fridge. Bowling Green is set in an acre of gardens and 14 acres of pasture. The Studio is close to a railway line, for most people this is no problem but there are trains passing every half hour or so. Access to the accommodation is via an external staircase. Guest access The studio is self-contained and we've created a small seating area within the garden for exclusive use of guests for relaxing, eating or drinking in the fresh air.
