Contemporary Akrata villa with a private seaside garden across the road from the house, in the northern Peloponnese. Designed to maximise natural light and sea and mountain views, the villa has a roof terrace, balconies and a veranda. Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with balcony doors to the rear terrace and garden. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate utility room with washer, dryer and sink. Wood-burning fireplace. Firewood is not provided, but can be bought at the nearby petrol station. Open wooden staircase to the first floor and rooftop terrace. First floor: Bedroom 2: Master bedroom with a double bed, large veranda and sea views. En-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with a balcony and mountain views. Bedroom 4: Bedroom with two single beds, a balcony and mountain views. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Open wooden staircase to the rooftop terrace with panoramic views. Air conditioning (cooling and heating) and fitted wardrobes/cupboards throughout the villa. Private parking for up to 3 cars. Our seaside garden is across a narrow one-way road. Please see pictures. There is an unfenced drop of over one metre to the sea at the edge of the seaside garden, including beside the steps. Use of our 2-person sea kayak. The kayak is heavy and requires two strong adults to carry it. Guest access The entire villa is for your private use, including the back garden and roof terrace. The private seaside garden is across the road from the house. Other things to note We welcome families (see reviews), but the villa is not childproofed and the open staircases have no child gates. Our seaside garden is across a narrow road and has an unfenced drop of over one metre to the sea, including beside the steps. Children must be supervised at all times, particularly on the stairs, when crossing the road and in the seaside garden. Please note that we do not have a TV. Guests are welcome to watch films and programmes on their own devices using the villa’s Wi-Fi. Beach towels, shampoo and conditioner are not provided. We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and hand soap; additional supplies are available from local supermarkets. Firewood is not provided. If you’d like to use the fireplace, you can buy firewood at the nearby petrol station. Guests are no longer charged a separate Airbnb service fee for this listing. The fee is accounted for in the nightly price, and Airbnb deducts it from our host payout. The Greek Climate Crisis Resilience Fee (tourist tax) is charged per property, per night. It is shown separately under Taxes in Airbnb’s price breakdown before you book. Before your stay, we will ask for the full name and nationality of one guest. We will also need either that person’s Greek tax number (AFM), if they have one, or their passport number. We need these details to file the required Greek short-stay tax declaration after your stay.
