Oasis on the edge of the forest "Adlerhorst"

The spacious 80 m² apartment with 2 to 7 beds in our lovingly renovated half-timbered house above the rooftops of Ziegenhagen invites you to linger and relax. On the balcony, you can enjoy wonderful views over the forests. The imposing half-timbered house accommodates 12 nice people in 3 generations for many good conversations. Likewise, my catering, from which you can also have a delicious meal from time to time. In our foyer there is a library for lounging on cozy sofas. The space You enter the apartment under the roof of the large half-timbered house and come into bright, wide rooms. It's quiet. You look into the woods. To hear... is a magical bird concert. Time for you, space... Feel good, relax, simmer delicacies in the well-equipped kitchen, spend time with friends, read in the cozy wing chair, undisturbed sunbathing on the secluded balcony above the treetops. There is a large cozy bedroom for two people. A bed for a third person is available in the bedroom. In the 50 m² loft there is a cozy sofa corner overlooking the treetops and a cozy bunk bench that can be prepared for a 1.40 m wide bed. The sofa also sleeps two. So 2 to 7 people can stay here. Our beautifully landscaped garden area between Rosenstock and the wilderness invites you to linger in various undisturbed places. Our fireplace is also available with firewood, chairs, pillows and a grill. Hooray – our sauna area is finally ready. Small sauna with space for 2-4 people, a small relaxation room, toilet, sink and shower and small outdoor terrace. The sauna can be booked individually or used jointly, individually according to your wishes. New with us: FAMILY CELEBRATIONS and SEMINARS in the MIDDLE OF GERMANY. A total of 20 sleeping places are available in two beautiful apartments, one of which is barrier-free, a solid construction trailer, a cozy hut and two double rooms. (All properties can be found in my profile). In our light-flooded 80 m² hall with a music system, small bar, cozy sofa corner and fireplace, you can celebrate and dance together. The hall has access to the garden and the 100 m² roof terrace. A fully equipped commercial kitchen is at your disposal for self-catering. And of course, with our catering, we can offer you a delicious buffet to top off the gathering, from "vegan specialties" to fine "game from the Berlepscher Forest." It's worth a look :). Guest access Our village Ziegenhagen am Waldrand is easily accessible just 5 km from the A7 highway exit Hedemünden. In the village itself, you drive through the main street almost to the top and then our house is on the right side. Parking is available on the property and on the street in front of the house. Other things to note Our house is a non-smoking house. There is a place to smoke in front of the house. Dogs are welcome. Three dogs live in the house itself : ).... Plans include a bowling alley, a ping pong table, and two horizontal bars for gymnastics...
