The space The living area is upstairs and the 3 bay windows offer exceptional views from the living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as direct access to the terraces. These offer a breathtaking 360° view and enjoy constant sunshine. You can also enjoy an outdoor living room and a dining area under a pergola with a large table to enjoy meals facing the sea. On the ground floor, the 4 bedrooms are all facing the ocean. They each have their own bathroom or shower and access to the pool terrace You also have a seating area with a bench in the shade. The solarium is equipped with sun loungers and overlooks a beautiful garden that has direct access to the ocean. STAFF on site: - A lady takes care of the kitchen (shopping is the responsibility of the tenant), cleaning and laundry from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., 6 days a week. - A gardener lives in a separate house right next door.
