The house sits in the middle of a quiet and green neighbourhood next to a park with pond. It is also very near to the city centre. We love Groningen, it has al the facilities a city needs, good bars & restaurants, culture and never ending nightlife. The city centre is 15 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by bus. Supermarket is around the corner. The space We live here with our family, that's the two of us and 2 teenagers. If we go out for the weekend or go on a holiday we rent out our place. The house has 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, a livingroom and kitchen (50m2) and has a total living surface of 140 m2. It has all the modern comfort you need; a big kitchen with oven & microwave, a TV on twe floors, WiFi, bathtub and a game-room. On the topfloor we have a extra living room for gaming.
