This lake house has a master bedroom, with a queen size bed and a sofa, located on the third floor featuring a veranda with breathtaking views of Harvey’s Lake. On the same floor there is a 2nd bedroom, that has two twin beds on one end, and a full size bed on the other end. The main floor has a full kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, front porch and a rear patio. The lowest level is a walk out basement with a second bathroom, laundry area, and rec room that serves as the 3rd bedroom/sleeping area. This floor was an in law suite, the rec room has a door for privacy, sectional couch, tv,fireplace, bar area and another queen size pull out sleeper sofa area with an armoire for bedding and closet. This home is the perfect family retreat. Check- in is 3PM Check-out is 11AM, flexibility depends on host availability and early or late check ins must be requested PRIOR to booking. There are 2 twin beds, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 2 queen pull out beds....House sleeps 8. Guest access Private Beach Club across the street from the property. Sandy beach with large dock, sliding board into the lake, lifeguard,Adirondack chairs and flotation devices provided on beach at no additional charge. Check -in for this house is 3pm Check-out is 11am. Other things to note This home is a dog friendly establishment; Upon request let us know if you will be bringing your dog, the breed and age. A fee is required of 50 to 100 depending on length of stay. Check in time is 3PM. Check out is 11AM. You must be 25 or older to rent this unit. Please indicate the number of adults and children with ages in your inquiry. This unit can accommodate 8 people. Rates for HOLIDAY ARE HIGHER and MAY require longer minimum stays. Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm - 9:00 am All rooms are NON SMOKING and NO CANDLES are permitted. A $250.00 fee will be applied to your account if management determines that a guest has smoked in the room or has burned candles. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be applied to your account if the place has not been serviced prior to departure.
