In the condominium, there is a pleasant area with a lake, a running track and several courts. It is important to note that damage or loss of towels and bed linens will be charged. The space Pool heating must be requested at least three days in advance. An additional fee of R$ 400.00 (for system activation) and R$ 140.00 per day of heater operation will be charged. This charge is intended solely to cover non-profit electricity costs.
