Bedroom #2 - on the second floor is a King kize bed with a full bath and a deck overlooking the canal. Bedroom #3 is on the third floor. King bed....and a small chair that converts to a bed. Foam mattress topper in closet. Ok for a small child. Full bath and a deck overlooking the canal. 2 Double Kayaks are free for Renters use. Under the first floor deck are 2 - 2 seater kayaks. The launch pad which is directly in front of the unit makes it very easy to launch them into the water. New in 2024 - stove which has a built in air fryer. Towels and linens are NOT provided.
