The French doors in the dinning area open onto a patio. The space This room is a private living room with seating area, Free-view TV and a single comfortable guest bed with the second bed tucked underneath and can be turned into a separate single bed. It's on the first floor with bay windows. The room is furnished with sofa, TV. Guest access A warm and welcoming home where you have access to the kitchen. You can sit and have your meal or a cup of tea/ coffee. Help yourself to tea and coffee. You are welcome to use the microwave to heat up your food. During your stay Our house in a quiet and safe suburb with lakes and plenty of open spaces. Hampton Hargate is about 10 minutes drive from the city centre. The area is a new development with lots of restaurants, trendy cafes and bars as well as a shopping centre which is less than 10 minute walk from the house.
