Fantastic Guest Suite - No cleaning fee

Truly a home away from home. Beautifully decorated and furnished guest suite with a private bath, private entry and patio that over looks a Koi pond in a stately residence. The suite has Brazilian cherry hardwood floor, custom crown mouldings, granite countertop, smart TV, mini fridge and microwave oven. The picturesque backyard has a Koi pond, waterfall, gas BBQ. Our place is perfect for traveling nurses and other professionals. The space The residence is gated for your protection and is located in a very upscale and safe neighborhood. Yet, very centrally located. Minutes away from Winco, Raley, Belair, the Yuba Sutter mall, Walmart, Sam's club and numerous eateries, movie theather. The world famous Butte is 30 minutes away. The Oroville Lake resort is a mere 30 minute drive. Many campsites are within an hour drive. The Feather River is a short 15 minute drive. Fish hatchery is nearby. Guest access The guest suite with its private bathroom, microwave oven, mini fridge, private entry and patio is completely private. Please treat everything as your own and keep the place tidy for all of us to enjoy. Please be advised that indoor cooking is strictly prohibited due to a very high fire risk. However, you are welcome to use the microwave for reheating and boiling water. Other things to note If you have a child traveling with you, then your child can stay in the same room for an additional fee of $15 per night. Please do not smoke/vape either inside or outside of the residence. If you smoke or vape, you will be asked to leave immediately and will lose your security deposit and payment. Also You will be charged a one time deep cleaning fee of $300 plus all other applicable replacement costs. Please remove your shoes prior entering the guest suite. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am. Please do not feed the koi or throw anything in the pond. If you want to see our backyard beyond the koi pond, please check with us first and we reserve the right to refuse permission to any guests without any explanation given. Your understanding and cooperation will be greatly appreciated. We also have kayaks that guests can use. Please let us know if you need to use our kayaks. Plates, bowls, cutlery are placed in top right handside drawer. Please deposit trash in the trash can outside. Since the guest suite is attached to the main residence, you will hear us playing the piano and/or walking and talking. If this bothers you, then our place might not be for you.
