Easy walk to area restaurants and marinas. Very short drive to beach access and/or ferry to Ocracoke. Hatteras village is a golf cart friendly community with plenty of restaurants, shops and water to keep you busy and entertained. Catch the passenger or drive on ferry to Ocracoke Island for a fun adventurous day as well. The space Guest can enjoy entire upstairs of house which includes 3 bedrooms K,Q,Q and 3 full bathrooms. Living, dining, kitchen, back deck with polywood furniture and underneath home to include picnic table and chairs. The attached garage underneath home will not be available to use. Guest access Guest can enjoy the entire home minus a small storage area underneath the right end of the home. The house sits up on pilings leaving a great place to hang out under the house with typically a cool breeze and plenty of shade. We enjoy hanging out rain or shine in this area. Other things to note This home is in a central location in Hatteras Village with easy access to multiple restaurants, marinas and shops. You can drive or walk everywhere in a very short time. We typically rent a golf cart for the week or walk most places. Hatteras village is equipped with nice sidewalks for walking, running or biking.
