Wooden house in the countryside

The wooden vacation home is located 7 km away from the Baltic Sea. It was built according to my ecological and design ideas on a floor space of 5 x 5.50 m. With a south-facing terrace, a shed and parking right in front of the house, it is wonderfully suitable for 2 to 5 people. The house is located in a natural garden, surrounded by trees and a wide view over the fields. Beaches and excursion destinations in the region can be easily reached by bike and car. The space The vacation wooden house is wonderfully suitable for 2 people. However, there are a total of 5 full sleeping places available, so families or smaller groups are also well accommodated here. The cottage is not suitable for groups of fitters and the like. On the first floor, there is the living area with kitchenette and shower room. The sofa corner in the living area can be easily converted into a comfortable double bed. The dining table is extendable, so that it can accommodate 5 people. From here you have a view of the terrace, into the garden and across the fields behind it. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic stovetop, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, as well as 6-piece kitchenware. A Tripp-Trapp high chair is available for smaller children. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which offers plenty of light and space "to breathe" due to the large gable height. In addition to a 160 cm double bed, the furniture also includes a sofa that can be converted into a bed for one person. Complemented by a wicker chair and table, you have a quiet sitting area with a wide view over the fields. When building the house, mainly natural materials were used. The carpet in the sleeping area is made of pure wool, the living area is covered with cork. A few handfuls of genuine Baltic Sea pebbles are inserted into the brightly tiled walls of the shower room. The wooden windows were manufactured in Denmark according to our own design and were supplied and installed by a local company. All participating installation and construction companies are also nearby. I mainly did the interior work myself, always supported by family and friends. Now I hope that the beautiful experiences during construction and furnishing have left a harmonious atmosphere that may contribute to a pleasant, relaxing stay! Guest access Parking is right in front of the house. The vacation home is located slightly offset next to my private home, where I have also furnished the attic for guests. The vacation home has its own terrace, facing south towards the garden, where you can eat, barbecue, read or doze in the partial shade provided by the trees. In the adjacent garden there is a fireplace that can be used. In the basement of my house, the washing machine can be used. I ask for a considerate, environmentally friendly restriction of the shared use of the washing machine to approx. 1-2 times per week or stay. Other things to note I have a cat, so unfortunately no pets can be brought along.
