Nice detached house at the end of a closed road. We have a lovely and sunny garden, path system and green area with playground just on the other side of the hedge. The house is only an 8-minute drive (6 km) from one of Denmark's best beaches in Saksild. There are good shopping opportunities in the many grocery stores or in the pedestrian street in Odder city center (2.3 km). The light rail runs to Aarhus every half hour and the ferries to Tunø and Samsø sail from Hou (11 km) and are a perfect starting point for beautiful day trips. The space You can enjoy the summer days in our beautiful garden or on the sunny terraces, where you will find both morning and evening sun. We also have a black greenhouse with tomatoes and cucumbers, where there is room to eat and socialize around the table when it is cool outside. We have a gas grill for free use and good garden furniture. In the garden you will also find a mud kitchen and a raised platform in the birch tree where the children can play. You can also pick berries in our many berry bushes and strawberry beds. On the other side of the hedge is a large green area with space for ball games and with a nice playground. The house is furnished with two bedrooms with room for two adults and up to three children. We can also find a crib and high chair as needed. We have two bathrooms; one with a shower. The kitchen, which is equipped with all amenities, is furnished with a dining area, and is connected to the dining room and a large living room with sofa and TV. There is a convenient utility room with washing machine and dryer
