There are first class safaris on offer in the Kruger Park, boat cruises on the Blyde River, fantastic hiking and mountain biking trails in the Drakensberg, hot-air balloon flights over the famous citrus orchards, rejuvenating spa treatments, excellent eateries, and craft beer and gin bars nearby. Hoedspruit can be as adventure-filled or as peaceful and serene as you’d like it to be; it has the perfect blend of old-school comfort and modern conveniences to cater for all sorts of holiday-makers. Nearby Activities Hot air balloon flights – Depart at sunrise and soar over the country’s biggest citrus and mango farms at the foot of the great Drakensberg Mountains with views over the Greater Kruger Park’s wildlife reserves.
