You’ll love the oversized leather sectional in our living room upstairs, and brand new sofa bed in the family room downstairs. On the way up to Mission Ridge, you’ll come across a unique, state-run mountain bike course – one for the adults and one for those just starting out – it’s a unique place to spend the day on the mountain when the snow has melted for the season. Wenatchee has all the familiar stores you love – Costco, Safeway, Fred Meyer and the local mall are within a 2-minute drive away. Looking for something unique? Wenatchee is best explored in a vehicle – it is recommended that you travel by car or rent a car to fully enjoy your vacation and all the city and its neighboring communities have to offer. The new Wenatchee Wine & Ski House is a privately-owned residence by the Bathum Family in Seattle, Washington. Clark, Melissa, their 12-year-old son Marcus, and their 2-year-old Corgi Sam have been coming to the Wenatchee and Leavenworth areas for years to vacation. Avid skiers, they hit the slopes regularly as a family, so this was the perfect place to call their second home during the winter months. When the sun is out, they love spending their days on the water – tubing down the Wenatchee River, or kayaking on the Columbia River – the options for keeping cool are endless!
