Modern airy bedroom with fast internet access. This is one of the nicest rooms you will find in Palm Bay. Our house is only 10 years old, which is much newer than most buildings here. We are 10 minutes from the beaches in Melbourne and even closer to the aerospace companies. The space This is a beautiful room that has new acid stained floors. It's very relaxing and spacious. The pictures simply can not show the dept of the room. Good for a single person coming to the area for work or vacation. Guest access You have access to the bathroom, kitchen, our living room, covered patio, garden and laundry. We are located at an equal distance to beaches and clubs north and south of here. We are near Valkaria airport so good for pilots of private planes flying in on the way to other locations. 1 hour from Disney and Orlando. During your stay My wife and I live here so we will be glad to help you with any questions or needs. Other things to note Smokers are free to use our patio to smoke. All are welcome to use our living room, garden areas and front porch.
