Annex at Stallbackens Gård

Annex is only 7km from Ostersund on our wonderful horse farm. The view is open where horses graze in light of Östersund and Frösön. The accommodation suits everyone from couples, business travelers to families with children. 450m to the bus and nice bike path into town. The annex was built in 2014, has a fully equipped kitchen, wireless WiFi and Sonos audio system. Living room with over 5m to the roof has a large crystal chandelier, fireplace, dining table, double doors out to the large cove. The space Upstairs in the annexe is a master bedroom with a large 180cm's continental bed. There is also a small toilet with a sink. A desk with the opportunity to sit down and write something creative. Upstairs also has a lounge with a double sofa bed, cot, armchair and a TV with AppelTv. Downstairs bedroom has a double bed with 160cm's own sink and close connected to Annexet bathroom. The bathroom has a large shower, washing machine, dryer, baby changing facilities and ironing facilities. All linens and towels are provided and managed by a hotel laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, stove, kettle, SodaStream, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is also a coffee machine included free to use during their stay. The annexe has wireless WiFi and built Sonos sound system with Spotify is free to use. The big room is the heart of over 5m to the ceiling with a large crystal chandelier. There is also a large dining table, fireplace, armchairs and double doors out to the large covered terrace. Part of the Annex is normally used as a hairdresser but is set off at the rental. The annexe is normally available Thursday-Sunday but during the summer and at major events throughout the week. Guest access Outside there is also a paved patio with barbecue facilities for social gathering in the hot summer days and beautiful evenings. Adjacent to the annexe are good parking facilities with an engineheater for cold wintermornings and lockable ski house.
