Annex Stallbackens Gård

Welcome to the Annex at Stallbackens Gård – rural tranquility just 7 minutes from central Östersund. Here you live in a spacious and cozy house of about 100 m² on our horse farm, close to both nature and the city. The annex has two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, WiFi and a patio with a barbecue grill. Plenty of room for family and friends and a perfect starting point for experiencing Östersund and the Jämtland mountains year-round. The space The annex is a spacious and homely house of about 100 m² on two floors, located at Stallbackens Gård just outside Östersund. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle and Sodastream. There is also a large dining table, a spacious living area with a fireplace and a massage chair, and access to a large covered terrace with a barbecue grill. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a 160-cm double bed and a bathroom with a large shower, washing machine, dryer and changing table. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and a smaller toilet. There is also an open living room with a sofa bed for two people, a TV and a cozy reading area. A crib is available for our youngest guests. The house is open up to the ridge with a ceiling height of over five meters, which gives the Annex a bright and spacious feel. Bed linen and towels are included, and the beds are made when you arrive. Wi-Fi and parking are, of course, also available. Other things to note The annex is located on a working horse farm where there are usually several horses. It provides a lovely rural setting, while central Östersund is only about 7 minutes away by car. We ask our guests to show consideration for the horses and not to enter the pastures or stables without agreement with us. We take care of the final cleaning. We only ask that the house be left in normal condition upon departure.
