The Uber Room/ office/suite

Studio apartment/office/living room. Very lovely place. There are 4 different sitting areas outside. No smoking inside. The kitchen is available and there are refrigerators. Easy access to marinas. Plenty of parking including space to park a boat or RV. Uber room is 2 miles from marinas. 7 miles from Wrightsville Beach. There is shopping and restaurants within minutes from the Uber room. No Pets. There are 3 cats and my dog. They are indoor/outdoor pets. They are well behaved. The space The Uber Room has great character as well as the "little house" out back with a pool table, grill, fridge. There are walking trails, bike trails, horse trails, boat rentals, paddle board rentals all within 2 miles. Host is also a concierge service as well as an independent Uber driver. The airport ILM is 15 minutes away. Book room by August 1 get a free Uber pick up. Guest access Guest will have access to all resources and sitting areas. There is a goldfish pond which provides peace and serenity when you hear the waterfall. During your stay Always a call, text or email away to answer questions or help in anyway. Cat Other things to note There are 2 other tenants in 2 of the downstairs rooms. The Uber room, a studio apartment is very private and is a very relaxing space. You will share all the common areas, kitchen, livingroom, and bathroom downstairs.
