The Sectional is not for sleeping and incurs an additional cleaning fee if slept on. The unit comfortably sleeps 2 and has a 2 guests maximum. There is a strict $80 fee per additional guest, per day. Guest access The entire unit is yours. Looking at the home, access is through the right side gate. Once through the front door, there is a slight drop entering the living room. There is NO ACCESS to the screened in porch.
