Just minutes from Tisvildeleje, bustling with shops and romantic cafes, this adorable summerhouse has two large outside decks - one facing NE for breakfast and the other one SW for dining and sun bathing. The summerhouse is surrounded by a big green garden with swings, in-ground trampoline, a treehouse, two large sunny terraces, various new garden furniture and a large Weber gas grill. Enjoy the accommodations: This three bedroom, 1.5 bath, kid friendly home in a waterfront community is beautifully decorated with all new furniture. Well equipped open kitchen. Large family room with TV/WiFI. The brand new guest-house (20m2) is perfect for added privacy for teenage children, friends, parents or another family. You’ll have full access to our washer and dryer, complete with laundry detergent. The location is ideal for relaxing, swimming, fishing, surfing, walking along the coast, golfing, kayaking and biking. There are grocery stores within 2km and the best fish shop of the area is literally just around the corner. A 45 minute commute from downtown Copenhagen and 40 minutes from Louisiana Museum of Modern Art. Other nearby attractions include Gilleleje, a charming old fishing village, Kronborg castle and the Maritime Museum of Denmark in Elsinore. Guest access Guests will have access to both entire houses and grounds - including the private beach access. Other things to note We provide bed sheets and towels for all of our guests. Moreover, a baby cot can be arranged if you let us know in advance. Electricity is paid for according to consumption. We charge you only the cost price, which is DKK 4,5 per kWh.
