Welcome to your own private island in the swedish archipelago. Only 1 hour and 15 minutes from central Stockholm you reach this picturesque and idyllic typical Swedish summer stay, close to golf courses, fishing areas, nature hiking, Grisslehamn Havsbad, organic agriculture and farmers markets. Easy to reach by car - no boats needed since the bridge connects the island to the mainland. The space The original house built 1956 is newly renovated (2019) with new kitchen, bathroom, orangeri and a spa area equipped with a sea view sauna for approximately 8 people. The property consist of one main house and two smaller guest/boat house. In the first guest house you'll find two rooms with separate entrains on with extendable 180 cm bed (suited for 2) V - the house is fully equipped with heating, and the other room with 160 bed In the second guest house you'll find a room with a 140 bed The main house consist of one bed room with a bunkbed with the bottom part suited for two (140 cm). A fully equipped, and newly renovated rustic kitchen with dish washer, a big fridge, freezer, a spacious oven and stove, cutleries, coffee machine and more. A cozy living room with fireplace, armchair, TV, a sofabed and other social spaces such as the veranda equipped with a spacious table and chairs can be used when you are tired of the sun or want to enjoy the nights from inside the house. Outside you can find a Orangeri of 30kvm, it’s a perfect extra living room with a longe area and a dinning table. Perfect for rain days and evenings. Use the three docks (one facing the bay, one facing the north and the other facing the mainland) for bbq, afternoon Swedish fika's or just a sundowner with a glass of wine and finish of with a swim from the jetty next to the small sand beach. If you come with boat you have good spots to dock. Guest access There are supplies for an iron and iron board, hair dryer, toiletries, bed linen, towels, coffee & tea. Wi-fi is available throughout the whole main house. TV (samsung frame) with “smart functions” and apps such as YouTube, Netflix, HBO Nordic, Viaplay and more I’m the living room. Veranda/Deck can be reached from the indoor veranda. The island has a jetty/deck with room for three boats and a dept of 1,5 meters .
