Our beautiful home is located in the MH Section on the corner of Dick Pond Drive and Campground Road. Recently built in 2019, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths which include 2 queen beds and 1 full bed. Our spacious deck with additional side porch (my favorite spot) will allow you to enjoy the sun or shade, while enjoying a constant breeze and lake view. Once returning from the beach, you will take pleasure in our outdoor shower with hot/cold water. The home will sleep 6 comfortably. We recommend no more than 4 adults and 2 children. Each bedroom is equipped with cable and smart TV’s along with Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances and beautiful soft close cabinets. Wonderful outdoor seating underneath with a sectional sofa and tv. Beautiful lake views. ***Golf carts may be rented through Ocean Lakes Golf Car Rentals: www.oceanlakesgolfcars.com We do not allow pets or smoking. You must be 25 years old to rent and be present the entire stay. Linens and towels included. Maximum 2 cars allowed. Parking passes are in addition to the rent and are $15.00 per day per vehicle (to be paid to Ocean Lakes). $12 if purchased prior to 10 days of arrival.
