Bioul is located in the Molignée valley, known for its fortresses and castles. Here, the Condroz offers you agricultural and wooded views and stone villages of the country. La Froche's cottage is the perfect place to get together for families or groups of friends. Shops nearby (butcher, bakery, small shop, restaurants, supermarkets). Numerous tourist sites for all tastes and ages. Local documentation and maps of the area available. The space Ground floor: entrance hall with plenty of storage, a large bedroom and a desk ideal for remote working and where you can easily add a crib, equipped kitchen with bay window overlooking the terrace and garden, dining room, large warm living room, shower room with two Italian showers, bathroom, separate toilet. On school holidays for a minimum of 4 nights. First floor: two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with two singles, toilet. A ping pong room and a games room (foosball and round table) with bay window and view overlooking the garden allows you to have a successful stay regardless of the weather. For your comfort: toaster, percolator, raclette machine, multi-crapes party, board, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, amp with jack to plug in your music (phone or PC), board games for young and old, outdoor games, fully fenced garden with slide and swing, barbecue, baby bed, high chair... Possibility to store bicycles and motorcycles in the garage. Other things to note During school holidays, we preferably rent full weeks (4 nights minimum).
