The space Welcome to P'tit Torcéen, a fully fenced independent cottage, quietly nestled next to our house, ideal for a serene stay in Normandy. You have a private parking lot, a sunny terrace and a green garden for exclusive use. The interior, both warm and modern, includes: • a cozy living room with sofa bed and smart TV • a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso, oven, microwave, induction hob, toaster, etc.) • a contemporary bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine • a spacious bedroom with king-size bed, comfortable bedding and dressing room The cottage has been designed as if we were hosting friends: calm, comfort and small touches are all there. We remain discreet, but always available if needed. Bed linen and towels are provided, to travel light. The garden is private but adjoining ours: everyone enjoys the outdoors with respect and tranquility. This independent cottage, located close to our house but without any shared space, guarantees you total privacy. The private entrance offers you complete autonomy, for a stay in complete freedom. We designed this cocoon with care, as if we were to stay there ourselves. Everything is designed for your comfort and well-being: modern amenities, warm atmosphere, small details that make a difference. Whether it's for a romantic getaway, a break in the countryside or a relaxing stopover, the P'tit Torcéen is your ideal refuge in Normandy.
