Attractive A-frame chalet on the little Gilgil river near Pembroke school, one of 4 chalets on 50 acres of pristine woodland & riverine forest with ancient cedar trees, abundant bird life and small mammals. Walks can be arranged on request (starting soon). Light, airy & fully furnished for self catering. The space This 2 bedroom chalet is one of 3 of the same style and layout in the same compound. It is one double room and one room with twin beds. If you have a larger group and would like to book more than 4 beds please let us know and, according to availability, we can book extra chalets for you. The total capacity of all 3 chalets is 16 beds. We can also add extra mattresses & bedding on request. Guest access DIRECTIONS TO AIRBNB CHALET AT RIVER HOUSE GILGIL: From Gilgil town take the Nyahururu Road & after 5 km go past Pembroke House School. Take the next turning right at sign to River House. Drive on dirt road for 4 km until you see sign for river house on your right. Go past and turn into the next gate on the left. (Grey gate). Sign says River House Cottage. Chalet is there. Elizabeth will be there to meet you. Please bring your own food, drinks and mineral water. Enjoy your stay. CARETAKER – ELIZABETH
