Fully enclosed with electric gated access and dedicated parking it’s a perfect location for wildlife lovers and well placed to visit many of Norfolk’s attractions. The space The ‘Wagtails’ is a very spacious, modern and contemporary home, tastefully decorated with unique art and furniture. At just over 1000 square feet and all on one level it makes for very convenient living. There is a dedicated and completely separate entrance which leads into the large and comfortable lounge. Plenty of seating with two Parker Knoll sofas and a leather recliner with footstall, 40” 4K smart TV and WiFi throughout the whole property make relaxing very easy. Double French doors open out onto the south facing terrace which is a real sun trap. Large fully fitted modern kitchen with integral appliances including oven/grill, kitchen island with hob, dishwasher and fridge. Extending solid pine dining table comfortably seats six and the full height bespoke pine dresser houses special glassware, books and various games. Just off the kitchen is a separate utility room with full height freezer, full size washing machine and full size dryer. There are two double bedrooms with the Master with en suite shower room.
