What makes this house magical is that all spaces enjoy an unobstructed view of the Aegean sea, the beach and a spectacular sunset, all along with convenience and warmth. Steps through the garden of Villa Alma lead down to a paved private road and a side path to Vromolimnos beach reached in less than a 5min. Drive to Skiathos town in 10min. The space Street level: There is a covered free parking area for 2 cars at street level. From the parking stairs lead down to the house entrance at the top level . At the top level are the kitchen, dining area, living room with sea view, bedroom 1 and bathroom 1, outside covered veranda with dining table, front of the terrace sitting areas and side sitting area with BBQ area. Dining: There is a fully equipped large kitchen with an island with 4 stools and 2 dinning areas, one is in the lounge area for 8 people and the other outside under the covered veranda that can sit up to 10 people. The living room is located at the front area of the top level and has comfortable sitting area with couch and armchairs. Bedrooms/bathrooms: Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and suitable for adults and children. However, if young children are staying at the house, it is recommended for safety reasons, that baby proof gates at stairs leading to level 2 and 3 of the house and gates of terraces' stairs leading to the beach are kept closed at all times. All 4 bedrooms and 3 of the 4 bathrooms have sea view, all 4 bathrooms are with shower and WC. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed with Tempur matress. The bathroom is located outside, right next to the bedroom door. French windows lead to the main veranda/terrace of the villa. There is an A/C unit and a ceiling fan over the bed. Stair leads down from the top level to level 2 where bedrooms 2 & 3 are located. Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed, sea view balcony with sitting area. A/C unit & ceiling fan over the bed. Bathroom is outside the bedroom, right next door with sea view window. Bedroom 3: 1 king bed that can be divided into 2 single beds & 1 single mattress elevated bed, reached by a small wooden ladder, for an extra person not older that 14 years old. Bathroom ensuite. It has a long window with splendid sea views even from the ensuite bathroom. A/C unit. Stair leads down from level 2 to the suite (bedroom 4) Bedroom 4 is a suite: 1 queen bed with Tempur matress, ensuite kitchenette with breakfast table & bathroom, lovely sitting patio with sea view, reached through french windows that can serve also as a separate additional entrance to the suite through the garden. There are 2 ceiling fans, one in the bedroom and one in the kitchenette area. A/C in the bedroom The villa can accommodate on 3 levels a maximum of 8 people in 4 bedrooms. The rental daily rate is for 8 people, if there is a 9th person in your group, please request it. The charge is 30 euro/night. There is the possibility to rent only the top 2 levels of the house with the 3 bedrooms separately from Level 3 where bedroom 4/suite that has a separate entrance is located. Other things to note In the garden below the villa there is a separate unit/studio with its own patio/kitchenette/sitting area. The owner might be staying in this studio during rental periods.
