Our house in a gated community on Paúba Beach is a great place to rest and enjoy the beach with family and friends. The house has air-conditioning in the living room and 3 bedrooms, 1 en-suite, all equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, plus balcony and barbecue, and can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 meters or a 10-minute walk. The house is equipped with streaming TV (Fire TV) and a Wi-Fi network (250Mbps) for working from home. Other things to note It is necessary to provide in advance the listing with the name and number of the guests' identification documents, plus the model and license plate of the vehicle, for prior registration made by the owner with the condominium administration. During the stay in the condominium, it is mandatory to use the identification wristband provided at check-in, in order to ensure the safety and identification of people with authorized access to the condominium. Towels and bed linens are not included in the rental and must be brought by guests. The parking space shares the barbecue area, and to make better use of the leisure area, we advise guests to park the vehicle outside the condominium. We've had this habit since we bought the house in 2016, and it's always been quiet, but I like to point that out, because not everyone likes to leave their car outside.
