NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES, EVENTS, OR GATHERINGS OF MORE THAN 9 PEOPLE. 40 min. from the Spanish east, house with charm, 10000m2 of fenced land, abuhardilladas rooms, living room with fireplace, environment of vegetation and trees. *My house is on the same plot but separated by another fence that delimits the exclusive area of tenants, who have about 9,000m2. The space 700 m from the Camino de Levante of the CAMINO DE SANTIAGO. Tourist activities, Medieval Castle, Battle of Almansa, Paintball, Iberian city, canoeing on the reservoir. Not available for parties or events, quiet area. No outdoor music. No pets allowed. Ten thousand meters of fenced plot, with automatic door, swimming pool... The entire house is totally independent. House surrounded by woods in a quiet area. We are 40 minutes from Alicante's beaches. Direct access to the highway. The house is just 700m from the Camino de Levante del Camino de Santiago. Almansa is a city with a multitude of very interesting tourist offers. Visit the Iberian city with the most important network of roads of the time in Europe. Free tour of the Battle of Almansa (War of Succession) guided by specialists in the subject as well as a visit to the Battle Interpretation Center. Visit the imposing medieval castle, currently considered the most beautiful in Spain. Excursion to the impressive Almansa Swamp, swimming, canoeing, paddle surfing... Five minutes from the house there are paddle tennis, tennis, soccer, Olympic swimming pools, shooting range among other sports and leisure offers as well as mountain areas with water springs and natural environments of great attraction. ATTENTION! The room that appears as "room 4" consists of two extra beds that were installed in the library, since many guests asked us for some more beds, finally, seeing that it was a favorite place for tenants, we decided to leave them. The app, in that section, gives no choice but to call it "Room". It is on the ground floor, with access to the toilet. Many of our guests prefer this space because it is extremely cozy, surrounded by windows (with blinds) and has very nice views of the garden.
