Modern Rustic near Concord Speedway/Cabarrus Arena

My space is very roomy and comfortable with blinds and entry door that brings in a lot of light. It is the entire lower floor that includes a patio for outdoor relaxation. The patio is shaded in the evening, and you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises behind the trees in the morning. Beautiful landscape and vegetable garden to view along with the wall of trees at the back. ROKU TV. Netflix for entertainment. Kitchen appliances for basic needs. The space My space is located within the lower level of my home. The entrance is accessed at the back and guests have a dedicated parking spot on the left of the driveway. The space itself is quite roomy and exquisitely designed with all essentials for a short stay. ( does not include laundry) Guest access Driveway, steps, pathway and backyard including patio. Other things to note I do live above the rental space so there will be some occasional noise and you may see me outside at times. I never enter the space while it is reserved unless there’s an issue that the guests need addressed.
