Outdoor playground and direct access to hiking tracks. Walking distance to Røa center with shops and cafés. The space The house is spread over three floors. On the first floor, you’ll find the entrance, a multi-purpose room, and a combined laundry room and bathroom. The multi-purpose room can be used as a TV lounge, office, or bedroom. It has a sliding wall that can be closed off and a sofa bed that can be unfolded into a single or double bed. On the second floor, there is a living room with sofa and tv, and kitchen with dining table and highchairs for children (not baby chair). The kitchen is fully equipped, with access to basic items. On the third floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other two are connected and include a crib and a 120 cm wide bed respectively. Large outdoor area which is shared with neighbors and includes a playground and small soccer field. You will also find an idyllic trail passing by the house, taking you to hiking areas and Bogstad Gård with café and open farm. Walking distance to Røa center with a bakery, coffee bar, delicious pizza, and several grocery stores. You can take the metro or bus to downtown Oslo for shopping, restaurants, and more. Guest access Shared playground Other things to note No parking right outside the building, but possible to park in street free of charge. That the third floor is to be renovated and has some aesthetic shortcomings due to this, but nothing that limits the use. Children’s toys can be used, as long as they are taken good care of.
