Our focus is on cleanliness, comfort and friendliness. Situated in a peaceful residential area, 2 miles outside York centre, enjoy a relaxing break with the flexibility of self catering accommodation. We have excellent parking either on street or parking on your own private driveway. Regular bus routes into the city are easily accessible. The space -We will be providing a hand sanitizer in the guest accommodation. -Contactless check in and check out are available. -The guest accommodation is disinfected and sealed between stays. -We use cleaning chemicals that are effective against coronavirus. -Linen and towels are washed in accordance with guidelines. Guest access All of the apartment is yours during your stay. This includes a kitchen, living room, double bedroom, bathroom (with shower), a dining room with desk and a small garden room that leads out to a pleasant secure outside courtyard with seating. This is all set out over the ground floor. Other things to note Allergy information - We live next door and have pet dogs. They don't have access to the apartment or courtyard. We will occasionally need access to the apartment as the house fuse box and electric meter are under the stairs, the gas meter is in the apartment courtyard. If you are with us for a longer stay please let us know if you'd like any clean bedding, towels etc..
