quiet place with garden, between Stad and Wad

Independent guest suite with private bath room and access to a garden (shared). Nice place to relax and explore the Hogeland and the city of Groningen. From nearby train station the city center and various other places in the province are less than 10 minutes away. We don't have cooking facilities, but in our guest suite we have a watercooker, microwave and tableware. The space The guest suite has good beds (memory foam mattresses) and a new bathroom. Breakfast is optional. Guest access The entire guest suite (bed room and bath room) is private. The garden is shared.
