Kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer/drier, electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave. First Floor: Bathroom with double shower, wc and heated towel rail. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and sea view over roof tops, Ensuite shower room with wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom with 2ft 6in bunk beds (only suitable for children) and view of Porthmeor and The Island. Second Floor: Large studio/bedroom with picture windows at each end with panoramic views over Porthmeor on one side and the bay and Hayle on the other, 4ft 6in pine bed. PARKING: Parking for 1 car at Bishops Road in a private car park (approx 10-15 minutes walk from the property). Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog, £25 per week.
