Raikes Farm - the Stables

Stables conversion under same roof as listed farmhouse with extensive views of surrounding hills and close to the picturesque village of Hartington. The space Downstairs is a large room with a seating area, dining table and kitchen corner for simple cooking on two hotplates and microwave/combination oven. Upstairs there are two comfortable rooms, each with an en suite. One is double and the other twin which can be made into a bunk if required. WiFi throughout. Guest access External shared garden and own seating area. Ample parking, 7kW EV charger(shared). Easy access to farm fields with public footpath crossing land. There is hanging space and a washing machine in a separate outbuilding. Other things to note Set back from the B5054, giving easy access. The road is quiet in the evening, although it can be busier during the day, particularly when the weather is good and there is a lot of agricultural traffic. There are cattle on the field behind and on fields opposite and sheep on fields next to farmhouse. We have free ranging hens and a couple of cats. Dogs welcome but please keep on a lead when outside.
