The bright and newly furnished apartment is located in a quietly located new development area. The apartment is located in the basement of a three-story house. For children there is a playground in the immediate vicinity. Shopping is within walking distance in a few minutes. Baden Airpark (FKB Airport) is 3 km away). There are bus stops close by where you can quickly drive to the spa town of Baden-Baden. The space There are a maximum of 7 sleeping spaces in the three sleeping spaces. If necessary, there is also a sofa bed to stay in the living room . There is also a large flat screen TV. The new kitchen is fully equipped for everyday needs and has a small dining table where you can comfortably spend time eating together. Upon arrival, you will receive the wifi password that allows you to surf the internet. Guest access In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine (for a fee,5€ per laundry). There are also fresh bed linen and towels which are changed (extra fee). You enter the house via the main entrance and get down to the apartment via a staircase. During your stay Upon arrival, you will receive a phone number, which I am always available for questions. If you need anything - just call me! Other things to note Upon your arrival, we require a passport copy for security. For the final cleaning we charge a fee of 110,00€. We charge a fee of 10,00€ per week (if desired) for towels and/or bed linen. If you need a parking space, we charge 5,00€ per night.
