Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking. The space Our villa is within walking distance to Trelleborgen, which is an old Viking fortress, and in a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Trelleborg. It only takes a few minutes to drive by car to the harbor and the boats that go to Germany. Guest access Guests are welcome to sit and play in the garden. There's also a patio where you can sit and eat when the weather allows. Other things to note Swimming in a hot pool at certain times and on request. Extra charge for swimming. I give rain drop massage upon request. Raindrop massage is a lovely, fragrant and soothing treatment that cleanses the body, strengthens the immune system, nervous system, spine and fights, among other things, viruses, bacteria and inflammation and reduces stress.
