Tea and coffee making facilities, TV, hairdryer and free WiFi access are available in the room, which has direct access onto the small garden and patio with a table and chairs. Complimentary continental breakfast is included, and will be left on a tray outside the room each morning . On-drive parking is available for guests. The space You can arrive for your visit by boat (maximum length 25ft/7m) and take advantage of the pontoon at the end of the garden - guests must arrive by 21:00 at the latest to minimise disruption to close neighbours please - on foot via the Thames path on the opposite side of the river, or by car and park on the drive - the choice is yours! However you arrive, take some time to relax and soak up the wonderful views from the property, which is surrounded by nature, yet a very convenient base for visits across Oxfordshire and within easy commuting distance to London. Guest access The listing is for a double room in a private home. Guests are welcome to use the small garden leading to the marina, which can be accessed directly from the room, but please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum! The closest restaurants are in Abingdon town centre which is a short drive or a 20 minute well-lit and paved walk along the river. POLITE REMINDER! Check out and check in rules apply daily and there is no access for any guests to the property between the hours of 10am and 6pm Other things to note The property is accessed by steps and narrow access to the room so unfortunately is not suitable for wheelchairs. The room has direct access to deep water and as such, this listing is not suitable for babies, toddlers or children.
