Self contained studio close to Kennet & Avon Canal

The accommodation is a 1 minute walk to Kennet & Avon Canal. 20 minutes drive to J14 of the M4. 30 minute drive to Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey!). 1 hour drive to Stonehenge. 57 miles to Heathrow Airport. 7 miles to Marlborough. 6 miles to Hungerford. 14 miles to Newbury. The studio is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The space This accommodation is a self contained studio with a King Size bed and en-suite facilities set within the front garden of our home. There is a garden table and two chairs outside the studio for guest use. The studio is cosy and comfortable with a small table and chairs and an armchair. Complimentary teas, coffee, milk and biscuits are provided. Please see the photos to ensure you are aware the shower door opens into the studio. There is a kettle, toaster and small microwave oven and there is a shop and bakery in the village that are open 7 days a week for provisions. Towels are provided in the room. Guest access Car can be parked outside the accommodation in a village hall car park. Cyclists can store their bikes in our shed at own risk. Other things to note We have a very friendly dog (Bolly) that will sometimes be around in the driveway on her way to and from walks with us. We keep the gates closed at all times.
