Seaside Villa (Apartment 3)

Very cool apartement with garden and swimming pool. 2 bedrooms,living room,2 baths,close to beach, playground,tennis and football court. The space The apartment lies on the lower space of a three independent houses complex in a quiet neighborhood. It's very cool during the summer months in Greece. It's very close to the beach of Kato Assos (3 minutes on foot) where apart from the pebbles beach you can find a sandy one, the one and only in this region, with shallow waters, suitable for kids. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons, who can sleep like described below. At the bedroom with the big double bed 2 persons can sleep. At the bedroom with the two single beds, 2 persons can sleep and a bed for babies 0-24 months old can be added with extra charge. At last, at the living-room one person can sleep on the couch which can be turned into bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guest access The garden and the swimming pool can be freely used by the tenants and they both are communal areas for the tenants of all apartments. You have to climb down 6 stairs from the garden in order to access the apartment. Other things to note The accommodation is safe for kids of every age. There are books, game and table games for kids from 2 to 12 years old. Furthermore, there are bikes which can be used, if they are available and not occupied by the tenants of the other two apartments. All windows have protective net that keeps away mosquitoes and insects in general.
