Cherry Tree House - self contained annex

Set in a beautiful rural village location within easy reach of Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds & Cambridge, our self contained annex with kitchen, sitting area, kingsize bed, shower room and shared garden offers you every comfort. The space The annex is light and bright with French doors out into the extensive gardens. While attached to the main house, the annexe is quiet and private with its own entrance and plenty of room for muddy boots/coats after a country walk! The living area, kitchen and bedroom are open plan yet cosy, and the kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge freezer. Basics are provided, i.e. Towels, clean bed linen etc as well as tea, coffee, milk, homemade bread and eggs from our chickens. We are ideally situated for visits to Newmarket races (10-12 mins drive), Bury St Edmunds (12-15 mins drive) and Cambridge (20 mins drive to the outskirts) Free wifi is available Guest access Guests have access to the extensive garden with their own table & chairs outside the french doors. The garden is shared so you will see daily life going on around you Other things to note This is our family home, the children love being outside, I'm often doing the horses so there will be family life going on in the garden and various animals roaming freely.
