The spacious apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and features a modern, open-plan layout. The living and dining area with adjoining kitchen forms the heart of the apartment, inviting you to cook, dine, and relax together. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine—everything you need for a comfortable stay. Other things to note The apartment has two modern bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet, offering plenty of comfort for families or small groups. A special highlight: all rooms have direct access to the large terrace. From here, you can enjoy views of the greenery and reach the garden and idyllic swimming pond in just a few steps—the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature. The west-facing orientation ensures a pleasant, sunny atmosphere, especially in the afternoon and evening. For extra relaxation, an infrared sauna is available for an additional fee.
