"Le Bout du Marais" Cottage

The cottage welcomes you for 1 night, 1 week, or 1 month, whether for work or to relax in the countryside, in a cozy setting while visiting Arras and its squares, or enjoying the Artois countryside. Located 30 minutes from the center of Arras, the Louvre Lens. 1 hour from Lille or the beaches of the Opal Coast, such as Le Touquet or even Les Deux Caps and Le Boulonnais. 50 minutes from the Arena Décathlon stadium. Let me know if you have any young children. The Chalet adapts. The space The cottage is very well equipped: a small electric oven, 4 gas hotplates, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, for coffee you have a Nespresso with a few pods available, everything you need to cook or not, because we have restaurants near the chalet. The cottage has a Chromecast if you want to watch your favorite shows. A barbecue for fences and sunbeds are available. I provide a binder with the nearby markets and tourist guides for the area. Guest access You have a parking space on the path along our house. You have access to the space in front of the cottage. A small wooden door can be closed if you want tranquility. You can also go to our garden, behind the cottage under the walnut trees. If you wish, I can tell you the limits of the dedicated space. Garden furniture can be moved. Other things to note You can come with your bikes, for walks and visits to the surrounding villages. You will need the car for city tours. The Boulogne sur Mer/Arras railway line passes close to the chalet, the TERs are few but can bother some of you, like the neighboring rooster that crows early in the summer mornings, or our neighbor's ducks.
