I am pleased to invite you to my professionally managed bright self-contained studio, perfect for couples, friends, and those on business trips. Located between two of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in London: Paddington and Bayswater, this place boasts excellent travel links across London: Hyde Park - 10 min walk Kensington Gardens - 7 min walk Oxford Str - 13 min Big Ben - 25 min V&A Museum - 18 min Green Park - 15 min Enjoy this home away from home and benefit from its great location! The space - The studio is situated in the basement. - The lounge area is classic and stylish with storage space. - There is a beautiful dining space with seats for 2 guests. The modern open-space kitchen includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans are supplied. - The bedroom area bright and airy with storage space, the bed is set with fresh hotel-quality linen. - The studio has good air-flow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to efficient radiators. - In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries. - The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set-up to Hotel standards before you arrive. I hope you enjoy your stay here! Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety. Other things to note -I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! -Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. -I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. -Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! -Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. -Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour. Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in. If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
