Beautiful ranch with extensive pine paneling. Host with family's Great Dane, sleeps in master BR with private bath. 2 private bedrooms with work space are separately available for rent. Common shared hallway bath, living room, kitchen, dining area, rear deck and front patio. Free parking in driveway. Enjoy trees and deer around the house. Walk to Memorial Park and Farmer's Market. 3 miles to Charis Bible College. 30 minutes to Colorado Springs. No other pets allowed. Free Wifi/ethernet. The space Great Dane lives in the house. Guests agree to NOT allow dog into their room. Room has private work space with table, chair and desk lamp Wifi/ethernet through fiberoptic cable has 10 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download. Please arrange use of washer with host. During your stay I plan to socialize with my guests Host and their Great Dane live in the home. The dog is not permitted in the guest rooms and guests agree to keeping their room doors closed. When host is not present, dog will be in host bedroom; otherwise, dog will be in shared living spaces: kitchen, living, dining areas. Host is available by text message when not in the home. Other things to note This is not a handicap accessible listing as the bathroom is not handicap accessible.
