Pleasant and comfortable town house near Amsterdam

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available. The space The house is situated in the city center of Purmerend. All facilities are at a few minutes walking distance. Think of: supermarket, bakery, restaurants, bars, a bus station, shops, bicycle rental and even laundry services next door. You could take a nice bicycle tour to nature reserve Twiske which has a large park and a small beach. It is possible to rent a bike next door. Purmerend is just a 15 minute drive away from Volendam & Zaandam. It only takes 20 minutes to get to Amsterdam Central Station by direct bus and these busses leave several times per hour. The busstop is a 2 minute walk from the house. The train station, with a direct connection to Schiphol Airport, 45 minutes, is a 15 minute walk from the house. We don't have a private parking space. Parking on the street is free from Saturday 9PM til Monday 9AM. The parking places on the streets / in front of the house cost €3,25 per hour. The parking garage, 200 meter from the house, charges €2,05 per hour with a maximum of €9,60 per 24 hours. It must be 24 consecutive hours. We don't have baby/children facilities like a cradle, baby bed, etc. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION Bookings According to Airbnb rules, reservations may not be made on behalf of other people. The person making the booking must be one of the guests staying at the property. Tourist Tax In accordance with the regulations of the municipality of Purmerend, a tourist tax of €2.85 per person per night applies. This tax is not included in the Airbnb price and will be charged separately via Airbnb after booking. Please note AND PREFERABLE NOT but when the check in is after 9PM, for whatever reason, a fee of €25,= will be required, to be paid in cash upon check in - on the spot and not with checking out.
