This beautiful architect-designed house, built in 2018, will offer you all the comfort and tranquility to spend a wonderful stay in Savoy. From the terrace (in good weather), you will undoubtedly be thrilled by the landscape that is offered to you, especially at sunset on the Epine range and the Dent du Chat. This 3* rated cottage benefits from the calm of the countryside while remaining close to amenities and many water, recreational and nature activities. The space This contemporary house is located in the heart of the Albanais countryside on a south-facing slope just 8 km from Aix-les-Bains. Privileged location to radiate like a star and visit the area: Chambéry, Annecy, Chamonix (Highway 4.5 km away) You will be located in the heart of nature while remaining close to all amenities (Grésy-sur-Aix is only 4.5 km away with its many shops and access to the highway) The living room is very bright, composed of an integrated kitchen open to the living room. The bay window gives access to the private south-facing terrace with garden furniture. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed with memory foam mattress, 2 nightstands, a dressing room with drawers, shelves and hangers. A 140 cm sofa bed is available in the main room. The kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, combined microwave oven, induction cooktop, fridge, freezer, toaster, electric citrus press, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine...) Bed linen and towels are provided as well as all the kitchen essentials (plates, cutlery, glasses, pan, pots...). The bathroom is equipped with a washer-dryer and a connected radiator to listen to music :-) Very well insulated house (RT 2012 standards), equipped with underfloor heating. In summer, you can keep cool thanks to the BSOs (adjustable shutters that allow you to protect yourself from the sun while letting light into the house). Very good comfort. GPS will guide you without worries and you can park in front of the house.
